Terms of Service

Effective March 14, 2026 — Last updated March 14, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dispatch ("the Service"), operated by Think Less LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Dispatch is a production management platform that uses artificial intelligence to help film, video, and content producers manage projects throughout the production lifecycle. Features include project intelligence, budget generation, schedule planning, meeting transcription (Dispatch Notes), on-set SMS communication (Field Mode), crew management, and document generation.

3. Accounts & Access

You must create an account to use Dispatch. You authenticate via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@dispatch.film if you suspect unauthorized access.

We currently offer Dispatch during a beta period. Access may be limited, and features may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

4. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create in Dispatch, including project data, documents, RFPs, budgets, and other materials ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and process Your Content, including any client materials, RFPs, or third-party documents. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with any confidentiality obligations you have with your clients.

5. AI-Generated Content

Dispatch uses AI to generate budgets, schedules, treatments, call sheets, meeting summaries, and other production documents ("AI Outputs"). While we strive for accuracy, AI Outputs are provided as starting points and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied upon for business decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Budget estimates, rate suggestions, timeline recommendations, and other AI Outputs are approximations based on available data and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, or production advice.

You own the AI Outputs generated from Your Content and may use them for any lawful business purpose.

6. Meeting Recording (Dispatch Notes)

When you enable Dispatch Notes, you authorize our meeting bot to join and record video calls on your Google Calendar. You are responsible for ensuring that all meeting participants are aware of and consent to the recording in accordance with applicable laws. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent for recording conversations.

We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your failure to obtain proper consent from meeting participants. The meeting bot will identify itself when joining a call.

7. SMS Messaging (Field Mode)

By enabling Field Mode and connecting your phone number, you consent to send and receive SMS messages through the Dispatch platform. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency depends on your usage.

You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message, disconnecting your phone number in Settings, or contacting hello@dispatch.film. Reply HELP for assistance.

You agree not to use Field Mode to send messages that are unlawful, harassing, threatening, or that violate any third party's rights. We reserve the right to suspend Field Mode access for misuse.

8. Benchmarking & Data Intelligence

Dispatch may use anonymized, aggregated data from completed projects to build industry benchmarks that improve the accuracy of the Service for all users. This data is stripped of all personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to you or your clients. You may opt out of benchmarking by contacting us.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

  • Upload malicious files or content designed to damage the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service without our written consent
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization

10. Intellectual Property

The Dispatch platform, including its design, code, AI models (as configured), workflow logic, and documentation, is the property of Think Less LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

11. Third-Party Services

Dispatch integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication, calendar), Anthropic (AI processing), OpenAI (transcription), Twilio (SMS), and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Less LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or production delays.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Less LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party (including meeting recording consent requirements).

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
